Learning materials in PNU
ITL and Manila Science High School both using instructional materials because
21 century is students central. In the Philippines, teachers not only teach
their students various lessons in different subjects, they also serve as the
students’ second set of parents. They worry if their student is absent for a
prolonged period of time. They give food to students who went to school with
not even a glass of water for breakfast. The short of it is that the
Philippines is lucky for having teachers that go beyond the call of duty. Each
teacher must have an innovative that not only relies on IT but also visual aids
as a preventive measure if there is no electricity. In addition, teachers must
be innovative in providing material by using several learning methodologies and using several activities (learning station).
For example, using game box in which there are several games; snake ladder,
ludo, maze runner, and others.
